🦁 MONDAY MOTIVATION ( SISTERHOOD OF THE LIONESS FAMILY) ☀️

FAMILY, LET'S START AGAIN!

Good Morning Pride! It's Monday. New mercies. New strength.

Whatever happened last week - the fight, the tears, the disappointment, the lack - We leave it at the door today.

This is for EVERYONE in this Pride:

👑 To our Sisters: You are not behind. Your time is coming. Keep showing up.
👑 To our Brothers / Lions: Your presence matters more than your pressure. Show up with love today, that is enough.
👑 To our Youth: You are not too young to heal your future. Start today.
👑 To our Elders: Your prayers are still covering us. We need you.
👑 And to ME too: I am choosing to not carry yesterday into today. I will be kinder to myself.

Our Family Rule for Today:
No insults in our homes.
No silent treatment.
We will talk, we will forgive, we will drink water and mind our healing.

One small task for the whole house:
Everyone does ONE kind thing for another person at home today. One dish washed. One "I love you". One apology. Small lions, big roar.

We are not a perfect family. "We are a trying family. And trying is holy."

WE ARE ONE PRIDE, ONE FAMILY

Happy Blessed Sunday, Family!

Today I want to speak to EVERYONE in this house.

To my Sisters, my Lionesses:
You are not invisible. God sees every meal you cook, every tear you hide, every prayer you whisper when everyone is sleeping. You are worthy, you are enough.

To my Brothers, my Lions:
You matter here. You are not just an ATM, you are a father, a son, a protector. It's okay to be tired. It's okay to not be okay. This Pride respects you, we need your healing too. Indoda - you are allowed to heal.

To our Children, Sons & Daughters:
You are the reason we fight to heal. You deserve homes with peace, not fear. We are breaking cycles for YOU.

To our Parents, Gogos & Mkhulus:
Thank you for holding the family. Your wisdom keeps this Pride together.

And to ME, your Sister/Admin writing this:
I include myself today. I have not been okay every day. I have been learning, crying, praying, and rising again. I don't stand ABOVE you, I stand WITH you. Pray for me as I pray for you.

Good morning Pride! 🌅

Yesterday might have knocked you down.
But you woke up - that means God is not done with you.

"Family, hear this:"

To the Sister who is tired of being strong - you can rest, we will hold you.
To the Brother who is fighting silent battles - you are not alone, we see you.
To the Mother, Father, Son, Daughter who feels left behind - this Pride moves together. No one left behind.

A lioness does not roar because she is not scared.
She roars "because she refuses to be silenced."

So today:
✅ Speak kindly to yourself
✅ Drink your water, take your walk, say your prayer
✅ Do ONE small thing that your future self will thank you for
