GR RR Science - 🌧️☁️ GRADE RR SCIENCE: WHERE DOES RAIN COME FROM? ☁️🌧️

Today our Grade RR learners explored the fascinating question: “Where does rain come from?” 🌦️💧

Through fun, age-appropriate learning, our little scientists discovered that the sun warms water, causing it to evaporate and rise into the air. As the water vapour cools, it forms tiny water droplets that gather together to make clouds. When the clouds become full and heavy, the water falls back to Earth as rain! 🌧️🌈

What a wonderful way to introduce our young learners to the water cycle while encouraging curiosity, observation and a love for Science. 🔬💡

At Vaal Triangle Academy, we believe that even our youngest learners can explore big ideas when learning is made hands-on, meaningful and fun! ❤️💛

👩‍🔬 Little scientists today… big thinkers tomorrow! 🌍✨

Our Mini Chefs programme is about so much more than making delicious treats. It provides our young learners with meaningful, hands-on opportunities to develop fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, following instructions, sequencing, concentration, creativity, independence and teamwork.
