The countdown to 29 August is on, and our Create & Cultivate cohort is getting ready to step into the spotlight and share their businesses with confidence.

Right now, we’re working on something just as important as the business itself: **finding their brand voice and clarifying their messaging.**

Because having a great business is one thing.

Being able to communicate its value clearly, confidently, and authentically is another.

At the BBM Inspirational Woman 2026 event, these women will have the opportunity to share not only what they have built, but the stories, vision, and purpose behind their businesses.

And we can't wait to see them step into that moment.

One of the most rewarding parts of our Create & Cultivate Business Incubator is watching women grow in the confidence to share their businesses with others.

For many entrepreneurs, the biggest challenge isn't having a great idea—it's believing in it enough to talk about it with confidence.

This journey culminates on the 29th of August at the BBM Foundation Inspirational Women Event where our cohort will pitch their businesses to potential investors.

We're incredibly proud of our 2026 cohort participant Thandi, founder of Crowned by Grace, for partnering with BBM Foundation as a facilitator, equipping our beneficiaries with practical financial literacy skills.

By sharing her knowledge and experience, Thandi is helping others build confidence, make informed financial decisions, and take meaningful steps towards a more secure future.

One of the most powerful ways we can create lasting impact is by passing on what we've learned. When we freely share our knowledge, we don't lose it—we multiply its impact.

We congratulate Veronica for facilitating a Crochet Workshop for the BBM Foundation beneficiaries.

By sharing her knowledge and passion, Veronica wasn't only teaching crochet—she was building confidence, encouraging creativity, and creating a space where others could learn a valuable new skill.

Teaching is also a journey of growth. With every stitch demonstrated, every question answered, and every participant encouraged, Veronica continued refining her own craft and growing in confidence as a facilitator.

It's a beautiful reminder that our gifts become even more meaningful when we choose to share them.

One stitch at a time, skills are strengthened, confidence is built, and lives are enriched.

Many businesses follow the same formulas, use the same messaging, and blend into the crowd.

But the businesses that create lasting impact are often the ones willing to think differently, innovate intentionally, and build in a way that reflects their unique vision and values.

Different doesn't mean complicated.

Sometimes we become so focused on doing business "the right way" that we forget there are many paths to growth.

Innovation happens when we challenge assumptions.

Growth happens when we experiment.

Sometimes the breakthrough you're looking for isn't found in doing more of what everyone else is doing.

Sometimes it's found in having the courage to build differently.
