Lückhoff HS With being Established in 1935, the school is a very important part of the Stellenbosch Community. It has produced great South Africans.

📝Today four of our English HL learners, Shante’ Sandjong, Emma Carolus, Christian Kwanzambi and Amy Smith had the opportunity to attend a creative writing workshop at Stellenbosch University, courtesy of their English Studies department and the Nobel in Africa symposium and Stias Initiative.

International authors namely Yvonne Adhiambo Owuor and Dinaw Mengestu led this phenomenal workshop where they allowed the students to tap and immerse themselves into the creative space, as writers.

We hope that learning about the importance of literature. How ideas and story telling makes one understand different perspectives and shapes the world, has planted a seed of creativity in their hearts and minds.
