The journey is yours.
Hi everyone! So people always ask me photos from my clients. I firmly believe in their privacy and kee everything between me and my client.
But besides that, wow what a week this has been so far! In regards to my previous post on how I gave this fitness business of mine completely to Jesus, and someone prayed over my business at church, things have been turning! So many new people intrested in the plans! And I just want to thank Jesus for this! I will always share my heart on Facebook, and I will give praise to Jesus! I gave my heart to Jesus October 31st 2019 , but still sometimes I keep on trying to fight my own battles!
What I've learned in this process is to completely give over every aspect of your life over to Jesus! As it says in the NLV in exodus 14:14:The Lord shall fight your battles, you only need to be still(at peace). And this is the word I have for everyone today.
Let go and let God fight your battles!

A person can create a calorie deficit by not consuming as many calories as they need to maintain their body weight during the course of a day or week.
