Gcina “Keeping our girls dreams alive” (NPO Reg: 172-023) was established with the pure intensions of assisting the
disadvantaged school teenagers by providing free sanitary towels. A research that was conducted by some of our board members in trying to understand some of the issues that resulted from girls dropping out from school, shown that some teenagers miss school on an average

Schools have reported an improvement in school attendance 💪🏽😁 its a mission accomplished 💪🏽... May God continue to bless each one of our donors.
NB:- we do not donate to individuals or organizations. We’ve received calls from people asking for pads. This is for disadvantaged school going teenagers.

Here’s 3 of the 15 schools that benefited this month. Gcina gave out 1064 pads to Port St. John’s and Nyandeni local municipality schools. We calling out on the Eastern Cape Department of Education to impliment free sanitary towels to under privileged schools. Gcina has been running for the past 3 years successfully. And each year the need has risen. We hope someone in power reads this and support the organization.

Hoping Department of Education Eastern Cape will take this epidemic seriously, like it has been with KZN. Even though KZN pads distribution has become another way of looting governmental resources. Gcina is here DOE EC, let’s work together in ensuring that pads are received by the learners. We need your assistance with funding.

Two teams were out yesterday, 19/09/2017 in PSJ LM rural schools. Adopted 8 schools to receive sanitary towels for the next 12 months. Thanks to all donors!!!!!!!! Siyaquba ngenxayenxaso yenu!!!!!!!!
