PREPARATION SEASON 2

After being called it doesn't mean you're automatically release but should go through preparation , preparation is not a punishment but protection. The are things that are beyond the human scope in the season of preparation.
And to many young ministers they think that flourishing starts the day you realize you're called . Sometimes before God releases you out he needs to trust you so don't send off yourself before time and because of pressure. To God Himself, readiness is maturity , so God prepares the vessel you until you're able to carry the wait of your calling..

As said above ! Preparation season is not a punishment season don't run away :
It teaches

Character:
Endurance:
Humility
Patience

And many more . So God will focus on your character than your platform . One needs to be patient enough to be refined before given to the world. Understand that the announcement stage of God won't just come just because you pray toomuch , but it will come after some stages are being passed . The ears that are supposed to hear your voice won't just be opened before you're prepared to speak to them and them prepared to hear you.

It is important as a young and growing minister to not to rush into announcing yourself. Moses was born a deliveror but it took him years to begin the assignment, for God wanted to be sure with him as a vessel before he releases Him .

Everyone wants to find themselves celebrating at the end. And some people wants to be powerful as you're and wishes to be you. But not everyone knows the sacrifices and tests you went through to become the better version of yourself you're today. In as much as they wanna be Like you, it is surprising that when they feel the heat they all wanna quit and shift blames . Understand me don't be frightened by the heat if you wanna become a better somebody, sometimes that fire 🔥 that is releasing that heat was or is not meant to burn you but to shape your character and deal with pride in you ..

Be strong enough to the extent where by you don't respond to critics or even entertain .
Be on that ground where by you protect yourself and stand up to put yourself first.
There are demons in people where by God should deliver us from such kind of people who always criticize us nomatter the good we do.

Though you may be in a place where your value is unseen, remember that you are precious in God's sight. Invest in yourself, nurture your spirit, and trust that He will lead you to a place where your worth is recognized. You are a diamond in the making, and your time of shining is near. Hold fast to hope, and know that your future is bright. Pain , struggle is sooner to be a history. For there is hope in Him to future you!!

LOCAL PASTOR HEAR THIS

If you're not careful, the very same people you're called to lead will always ignore and trample on your anointing or calling if you're too available.
Understand this! The more the availability you become the lesser the respect and value you earn.
At some point it is very crucial to be known for the serious business and you disappear.
Only the wise will understand this!!

Hear me well: it's not bad to be available and vocal; being too available and vocal has made many to be treated like nobody NOMATTER how anointed are they . This have killed a number of man and woman of God from within and have drained many.
"You can relate "!
There are some places and events that you're not supposed to avail yourself: Always keep a certain distance but with love .

Hear This.
Church pastor: we haven't denied the fact that you're called. It is very wise to deal with bitterness.
Understand that there is a huge difference between training (grooming) a person and releasing your past anger to punish the mentee in the name ( you're my son or daughter) . Pausing to do other activities it's not a sign of weakness.
Understand what you carry is what you impart .
So what kind of fruits are you raising ?

Good day and Hear this:

The first person who have done their best to pick you up and help you without any expectations is to be appreciated and never undermined. They have uneraised footprints. Who ever that will take over are just following the footsteps of the great men. It takes the heart of God and courage in men to put someone on the map , but when one decides thank God for that. Never be blinded by those coming today there are just disciples following what great men have done.
They said "first cut is the deepest " ummm I can say yes . And understand that not everyone will be as perfect as what you've imagined in your mind ; people are prone to mistakes and errors on earth.
The first hand of help matters . Not to say those who will come after are not important they are and they are to be appreciated too.

Man and woman of God
Remember when you were called , you were alone .
And there was no guarantee that everyone you'll meet along the journey of ministry will stay but only God who called you will remain as omnipresent as He is.
So adjust to a certain reality that is coming: reality that even those whom you will meet along will leave you and go. So don't curse them when they leave.
Heal before the pain
Heal before the wounds
Train your heart to accept the exiting of other people: even the trusted ones.
Remember there was a time you were alone .
You preached to the church for none was there but only God.
So understand: nomatter how closer they might be to you. People will still leave your ministry , this doesn't mean there are bad people and deserve to be cursed nooo not at all.
Understand when they exit: it's time but appreciate the time well spent

Be kind . It's good to be kind.
But your kindness must not be misinterpreted. Kindness is not foolishness. Kindness is not stupidity.
Have boundaries and stick to your values strictly: Don't let anyone walk on top of your head because you are kind. You should also understand that there is a difference between kindness and foolishness.
For people are cruel to such an extent where by they can use your kindness for their own advantage and make you their footstool. Refuse that
Maintain your boundaries and keep smiling. You're not strict when you maintain your values but you're wise.

Church Pastor:

Do you know that the act of favoritism you show or do to your members can cause the church to divide or lead to stagnation. Some issues and acts you let go un-rebuked in your church for the favor of certain individuals can corrode and damage the healthy of your church. Develop the art of making everyone feeling valued,loved and safe regardless of their condition. Don't be the cause to divide your own church: and never blame anyone for leaving . It's not always the member who is to be blamed for leaving the Local church sometimes the Leader's act ,trying to favor a certain group of people

As a pastor or just a minister you need to understand these three things.

Season
Reason
Lesson.
Umm in this journey we meet people for a reason for a season and for a lesson. But at some point we act and operate bitterly in the ministry that will now lead the church into a serious downward spiral.
Many man and woman of God have shifted from their rightful purpose and they have adapted into an act of cursing .
Cursing people that left maybe our ministry.
People that God is sending understand that there is something unique about them and some are sent in that particular season to fulfill a certain assignment. Be able to discern and accept and make sure to still honor the grace they are carrying in kindness and love.

There is always a lesson to learn before God have shifted them to another place :nobody can learn it but you. Never only focus on their availability but understand why in this season God have sent them then accept their calling and assignment if possible.
Because of ignorance and Ego ; some have cursed the people whom God sent unto them just to rescue them and made them pass the red sea .
