Kidz in Action is the new and innovative movement programme for kids in the Early Childhood Development (ECD) stage. We believe that a crucial element of ECD occurs when kids play, explore, overcome challenges and, very importantly, have fun. Our approach is founded on the principle findings of scientific studies and research. Every activity is carefully targeted to address various ECD development

al areas. Movement is the cornerstone and whilst the kids are having fun, working together and staying active, they are learning about their proximity, physical capabilities and natural strengths. In order to keep our programmes interesting, stimulating and engaging, we employ a variety physical and mental challenges that encourage physical acumen, intuitive problem solving and the ability to communicate and work within a team. We run daily programmes in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town and we are available on weekends and for birthday parties by request.
