Dear Employer

The past few months has been business unusual at the workplace, as the world experienced Covid19 pandemic. This is turn caused many companies to close for good.

At Tulip Training Solutions, we realise that employees are valuable assets of any company, and came up with training that will help them protect themselves while they return to work.

We are also aware that not everyone on our Workforce are techno savvy, hence our training is a contact one, which will accommodate everyone.

The safety and wellbeing of our team and clients remains our greatest priority. During and after training, we will adhere to strict hygiene and social distancing measures which are:
-always wearing masks
- sanitizing all the time
- temperature testing in the morning and after each break and
- completing the health questionnaire.

Most times admin staff go through all sorts of emotions when they are told they will be taking minutes at the next meeting! Does this sound familiar?
At Tulip Training Solutions, we know that most people can't remember or agree on what actually occurred at a meeting, because of the number of meetings held and the busyness of office life. We help you look at how each group(company) can effectively accomplish its objectives? This workshop will enable participants to understand their role as a minute taker and the best techniques for producing minutes that include all the essential information needed.
Advanced Minute Taking Workshop is designed to assist you in perfecting your minute-taking skills so you continue to excel. This Workshop will alleviate the stress, confusion, and fear that taking meeting minutes often causes.

Learning Outcomes
Day 1
 Recognize the importance of minute-taking
 Preparing for a meeting
 Understanding the role of meetings
 Organising an effective and productive meeting
 Preparing a working agenda (with meeting convener)
Day 2
 Conducting a meeting (Communicating with the meeting chair for better clarity)
 The procedure during a meeting
 Demonstrating techniques to deal with different views
 Be able to identify the type of minutes expected in different meeting setups
 Be able to prepare and maintain a minute book.
Day 3
 The latest minute taking techniques including short hand method; recording minutes (what you should and should not write down); transcribing minutes (how to do it right the first time)
 Distributing records for a meeting and following up after the meeting
 As a bonus, included is a valuable list of resources and templates you can use to master minute taking and keep as a reference whenever you need it.
 Practical Exercises
