Kliptown Secondary School 100th Anniversary

+- 300 years of teaching experience. In the next 2/3 possibly 4 years, there will be a mass exodus of teachers leaving Kliptown Secondary School. Mr Evans, our principal, retired two years ago, Mr Abullah and madam Mojela retired last year, will not say who will be retiring in the next few days, will not say who will be retiring next year. the BATON OF PASSION will be passed on to our next group of teachers.

When this was still an idea in 2007. Using our white elephant open field at the back of the school. Keeping our learners occupied in activities - less trouble, few delinquents. Busy body, healthy minds.

A kind appeal to our past/former/ex learners to pump back into the school in any form. Just a mere patch of grass. soccer poles, bring a brick, pledge a track, donate teacher laptops, donate data projectors, etc would make Kliptown give more reason to celebrate 100years of academic and sports excellence. We are praying...
