We are so proud of Jared Smit, founder of Tribe Creative. One of many Alumni success stories Jared has built a creative business working with a number of familiar clients, including Rugga Roots and Shift Netball Academy.
Tribe Creative specialises in content creation and lead-generation marketing, helping brands tell their story and connect with the right audience.
We are also excited to share that Jared is currently working on a special project for Clift College, capturing the heart and essence of Clift to give prospective learners and their families a genuine look into who we are, what we do.
We love seeing our community members grow and pursue their passions, and we are proud to support Jared in this exciting journey.

Emotions — by Annamaria van der Colff

“I am Ukrainian. The war forced us to flee to South Africa in early 2022. Settling into a new country was not easy, and I experienced many conflicting emotions during that time. This artwork represents that period of my life — how one person can feel many contrasting emotions all at once.”

Through colour and form, Annamaria captures the emotional layers of leaving home, adapting to a new place, and finding strength through art.

🎨 Prints of this artwork are available for purchase.
All proceeds go directly to the artist and will help fund her studies.

On 21 February 2026, the Clift College Interact group partnered with Rotary, Rotaract, Samaritan’s Feet South Africa, and the Cornal Hendricks Foundation for a meaningful community outreach in Wellington. 💙
Eight primary schools attended, with approximately 1,600 learners (ages 6–12) participating.
Volunteers washed each learner’s feet while spending time engaging with them. Learners were then taught proper hand-washing practices while singing the “Happy Birthday” song 🧼. Each child received a brand-new pair of shoes 👟 and also enjoyed a hotdog, juice, games, and a jumping castle 🎉.
A special highlight was the footprint activity with rugby players Devon Williams, Stedman Gans, and Sydney Tobias. 🏉
We are sincerely grateful to all volunteers and partner organisations who helped make the day such a meaningful success.

💙 A Proud Moment Celebrated with our Clift College International Family💙

This weekend, we were incredibly proud to celebrate, one of our own Ethan Ockert, who delivered an outstanding performance at the Western Cape B-Championships at Drakenstein Pool 🏊‍♂️

• Competed in 9 events
• Achieved 6 Personal Bests
• Biggest time drop: 400m Freestyle – 3.45 seconds
• 🥈 2nd place – 400m Freestyle
• 🥈 2nd place – 100m Butterfly
Congratulations Ethan, and ofcourse proud parents, Marlon and Porchia Ockert, you must be so proud of Ethan.

Clift College International (ZA607) is now accepting Cambridge exam registrations for the May/June 2026 examination series.

All candidates (school-based and private) must register via our official online Exam Entry Form, which includes:
✔️ Full fee structure per qualification and subject
✔️ Administrative, practical, coursework & oral fees (where applicable)
✔️ Final closing dates, late entry deadlines & penalties

1️⃣ Complete and submit the online form
2️⃣ Receive a confirmation email with the amount payable

• Late registrations will incur Cambridge late entry penalties
• Incomplete or late submissions may not be accepted by Cambridge
