From tiny seeds to thriving vegetables, our learners have been on an incredible journey and this week, all their hard work paid off at our very first Veggie Market Day! 🎉🌱🥕💚

What makes this so special?
Our learners didn't just harvest the vegetables... they helped build this garden from the ground up! 💚
They invested in the soil, planted the seeds, watered and cared for the crops, and watched them grow into something truly amazing.

Fresh from our school garden, we proudly sold:

🥦 Broccoli
🧅 Spring Onions
❤️ Beetroot
🥗 Lettuce

Healthy, fresh, locally grown, and learner-powered! 🌱

This project is about so much more than vegetables.
It's teaching our learners:

🥗 The importance of healthy living and nutrition

We couldn't be prouder of our learners, gardening staff, and everyone who played a role in making this dream a reality. Together, we're growing more than food. We are growing confidence, skills, and a greener future. 🌿✨

What a Day to Remember! 🙌

This past Sunday, the weather certainly put us to the test, but not even the rain could dampen the incredible spirit of our very first Golf Day Fundraiser! 🌧️💚

From soggy fairways and wet golf carts to plenty of laughter, great shots, and unforgettable memories, it truly was a rainy, wet, and wonderful day. Seeing everyone come together in support of our sport made every raindrop worthwhile.

Child Protection Week 2026 👧🏽👦🏻🧸

Child Protection Week, observed from 29th of May to 05th of June, got off to a wonderful start at False Bay Primary School with an engaging and educational puppet show presented to our Grade 1 and Grade 2 learners.

We are truly blessed and honoured to be part of this important initiative, which helps create awareness and empowers our learners with knowledge about their rights, personal safety, and where to seek help when needed.

A heartfelt thank you to the Department of Social Development for making this valuable programme possible. The aim of Child Protection Week is to strengthen prevention and early intervention efforts, ensuring that children are aware of the signs of abuse and understand how and where to report it.

Together, we can create a safer environment where every child feels protected, valued, and heard. 💙

Career Day 2026!!
"Inspiring Futures at False Bay Primary! ✨🎓"

Today, our Grade 7 and 8 learners had the wonderful opportunity to explore different career paths, trades, and skills during our exciting Career Day! 🌟

We partnered with St. Paul's Primary School, and we would like to extend our appreciation to them for their assistance, contribution and participation for the day.

A heartfelt thank you to Axios School of Skills for showcasing the many incredible opportunities available to learners through their various skills programmes, from Panelbeating, Woodwork, Hospitality, to Hairdressing. Your learners and educators were truly outstanding and inspiring throughout the day. 👏
