In the area of incubation and mentorship, the SEMONA Foundation’s ethos is based on using the infrastructure established within its mother company (The SEMONA Group), to be an effective catalyst that makes it possible for those who would have otherwise not had access to businesses within the energy sector, to be guided and assisted into making careers within this field.
