Keep your little one hydrated, especially during our hot summer days! Water is essential for their health, helping regulate body temperature, aid digestion and supports overall well-being. Breast milk or formula is best for infants, while after 6 months, small amounts of water can be introduced, especially in hot weather. Watch for signs of dehydration like dry mouth, fewer wet nappies, sunken eyes and lethargy. To prevent dehydration, dress your baby lightly, avoid direct sunlight and offer frequent feedings. 💧 🐬
