We are seeking for a Junior Platform Support Intern and LMS & Content Systems Intern
to support the technical setup, maintenance, and structuring of learning content across our platforms. This role focuses on system accuracy, content integrity, and platform functionality.
Key responsibilities
Upload, structure, and manage learning content within the LMS
Configure quizzes, assessments, and learning flows
Assist with platform QA (quality assurance) testing
Help maintain content version control and updates
Support onboarding of tutors and clients from a system perspective
Identify and report platform bugs or inefficiencies
Assist with documentation of platform processes
Requirements
Studying or completed Information Systems, Education Technology, IT, or similar
Comfortable working with structured systems and data
High level of organisation and accuracy
Basic understanding of LMS platforms (advantageous)
Ability to follow technical processes
Strong problem-solving mindset
