I have been traveling to China for 13 years now and things have significantly changed for the better since then. If you’ve also been going since the mid 2010’s you would agree with me.

I generated professional headshots and the results were impressive but not as impressive as when I had an in-person shoot.

Before talking about making money we need to watch over our current finances. I always used to think I need more money, (Yes, that is true still.) But through time I learned that the only way my money grows is if I manage and allocate it properly.

Which habit are you guilty of? Either way, it can be fixed.🤍

My ability to think fast has grown as well, impulsiveness breeds indecision, I try to make accurate decisions as quick as possible because I’ve had more success by moving quicker than waiting on the right time. (There’s no such thing as the right time.)

Being recognised by a reputable platform means I’m building in the right direction. I have no blueprint, I haven’t met someone who looks like me doing what I’m doing and being acknowledged means I have to keep on going.

So many odds were against 19 year old Sethu. With beauty and lifestyle being the leading industries in 2019. I struggled to find my tribe, the tribe where we don’t really want to be lifestyle bloggers but want visibility at the same time.

I couldn’t explain what I wanted to do but I knew one day the picture will be clear enough to start my own community. 6 years later and it’s starting to align.

In the second picture that was me, conforming to beauty content because it was most popular and received engagement. But deep down, I knew I wanted to something else.

Don’t stop pursuing yourself because of current surroundings.

IDF Capital has granted 333 SME’s with funding and 61% of those beneficiaries are women. They are indeed catalysts of economic growth across Africa.

Alongside the wealth of knowledge received from panelists in various fields, we attended workshops that equip small businesses with means to reach profit targets and implementations of systems. was one of the coaches. To know Lerato is to know knowledge.

I hope to have my own workshop in future discussing one of my favourite topics: How Chinese traders and South African suppliers can collaborate to access market opportunities.
