MAKING A DIFFERENCE, ONE CHILD AT A TIME

Last week, we had the incredible privilege of meeting with a group of extraordinary women who will be leading our new EQ4Kids Outreach Programme in Eersterus, Pretoria.

These passionate women are stepping forward to make a meaningful difference in their community — supporting children, building emotional intelligence, developing important life skills, and helping young hearts reach their full potential.

We are so excited to see the impact this programme will have, not only on the children who take part, but on their families and the wider community.

Taking care of yourself is not a luxury. It is one of the most important things you can teach a child to do.🤍
This week, we're exploring the beautiful and essential topic of self-care and why nurturing our minds, bodies and hearts is the foundation for everything else we do.

Children learn that checking in with their feelings is an act of self-love. So is resting when they need to and doing things that bring them joy. These small habits build inner balance. ⚖️ That balance helps them show up fully for others.
When children learn to care for themselves with kindness and intention, they grow into individuals who are emotionally grounded, resilient and genuinely able to pour into the world around them.

Respect is not just a rule we follow. It is a value we live by and it starts from the inside out.🔁
This week, we're exploring what it truly means to show respect, for ourselves, for others and for the world around us. When children understand that respect is not something we demand but something we choose to give, they begin to develop the kind of character that builds trust, creates belonging and makes every space they enter a little kinder. 🤍

When children learn to lead with respect, they discover that the way they treat others is a direct reflection of who they are. That is a lesson worth carrying for life.
