National Child Protection Week Campaign
Today, our school proudly hosted the National Child Protection Week Campaign, facilitated by the dedicated stakeholders we partner with. Learners were fully engaged as they listened, discussed, and presented on pressing social issues affecting their lives. It was truly a day of learning, advocacy, and empowerment. π¬ππ

Grafe 7 Parents Meeting
Today we had a fruitful engagement with Grade 7 parents and learners. The meeting focused on the following:
1. Learner performance
2. Code of Conduct and learner behaviour
3. Grade 7 activities for 2026
4. Intervention programmes offered by stakeholders
5. One-on-one intervention support
A heartfelt thank you to all parents who attended the meeting. Indeed, ngwana sejo o a tlhakanelwa β raising and supporting a child is a shared responsibility. Together, we can achieve more for the success of our learners.
Special appreciation goes to Khulisa and Beyond The Change Foundation for sharing insightful information with parents aimed at improving academic performance and learner development.

The conference focuses on empowering school leaders with strategies and skills to manage schools efficiently while promoting the spirit of lifelong learning and continuous professional growth.

SQLTC RESCUCITATION MEETING
Today, 20 May 2026, we successfully hosted the SQLTC Resuscitation Meeting at our school. Stakeholders were presented with a progress report and reaffirmed their commitment to quality teaching and learning by signing pledges of support and collaboration.

π Royal Bafokeng Sports Netball Playoffs π

Our Under 11 netball team proudly participated in the netball playoffs held today at Kanana Multipurpose Centre.
Our learners displayed an impressive level of discipline, teamwork, and excellent netball skills throughout the tournament. Their hard work and dedication paid off, as two of our talented learners were selected to become part of the Royal Bafokeng netball team. ππ
We are incredibly proud of our young athletes for representing our school with excellence and sportsmanship.

π« TB Awareness Campaign at Our School π«
Our Soul Buddyz Club conducted a Tuberculosis (TB) awareness campaign for their fellow learners on Monday 18 May 2026. The presentations focused on TB symptoms, prevention, and the importance of completing treatment.
We are proud of our learners for being health conscious and for taking the initiative to educate and support their peers on important health issues. Their commitment to spreading awareness is helping us build a healthier and more informed school community.
