Many of us yearn for a deeper connection with others and ourselves. There is a longing for a sense of purpose, fulfillment, and authenticity. We seek to understand our true selves and cultivate relationships that enrich our lives.
Difficult experiences and emotions may create internal dissonance. These life-altering situations, such as intense discomfort, unfulfilled dreams, problematic relationships, unclear boundaries, and unresolved issues from the past, can become increasingly painful to bear.
This book offers a wealth of insights, practical exercises, and inspiring stories that will guide you on your path towards self-growth and authentic connections. Each module gently encourages you to explore your inner landscape, offering tools and techniques to nurture awareness, acceptance, and intention. It encourages you to be curious and compassionate about your own well-being and that of others.
This book is invaluable for psychologists, social workers, and life coaches. However, anyone can use the book to enhance self-growth and personal fulfillment. The book may be used by managers and employers to increase the productivity, work relationships and overall well-being of their employees.
The content of the book is roughly summarised as follows:
1. Increasing self-knowledge and self-awareness
2. Discovering the world of emotions
