At grassroots, we need to make our sessions player specific, not position specific.

He wasn't the biggest, strongest or the quickest physically at this time and even now he's still not but look at the player that he grew up to become. He's now one of the players people talk about week in week out in the premier League. Biggest lesson that everybody needs to learn or keep is that development is long term. The most important thing is the potential of a kid.
