Little Acre Wood Little Acre Wood is a preschool in Rondebosch with a small group of kids aged 2-4 years.

We have incredible facilities and an extremely experienced and loving teacher who is also the founder of the school.

What a fun week we had learning about the chef. We had a delicious menu including spaghetti bolognaise, playdough cupcakes, sushi and cookies. Wnat a splendid week we had cooking up a storm!

Dinosaur week was such a hit with our children that we had to extend it to 2 weeks. From fizzing Dinosaur eggs, to making fossils, and erupting volcanoes what an awesome 2 weeks we had!

Pet week was well received by my little animal lovers! From grooming to washing, walking and feeding the animals they had so much fun. What a great first week back.

Milking our cow Daisy was definitely the highlight of last week at little acre wood!

Safari animals week 2 included looking for safari animals and making our own pair of binoculars. We made leopard masks, played with oobleck and got to bring our favourite wild animals to show our friends.

In the wild with this roaring bunch of cute kids! It's been a wild adventure stomping like ellies, roaring like lions and walking tall like giraffes. The highlight has definitely been stamping animals into paint to make tracks on their page!

For the last two weeks we have been doing shapes! It has been so much fun hunting for shapes in our everyday environment and learning about all the fabulous 2D shapes. The children have impressed me so much with how much they have learnt in this time.
