Many times, people want to judge the man who doesn't agree with them. We must not do that. We can disagree with one another, but if Christ is in our hearts, we still love and respect each other.
Romans 14:4, “Who are you to pass judgment on the servant of another? It is before his own master that he stands or falls.”
Matthew 7:1-2, “Judge not, that you be not judged. For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged.”
Ephesians 4:2-3, “with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.”
No matter if you disagree with a man, you must still love him. No matter what he do, or how he treat you, show love and respect.
The Spirit of God unites, respects, and tells truth in love.
Genuine love is corrective, and brings people back to the Word of God. If love doesn't correct, then it is not love.
You must correct a man. If you love him. Correct him with respect, not scorn.
Galatians 6:1, “Brothers, if anyone is caught in any transgression, you who are spiritual should restore him in a spirit of gentleness.” Not crush him. Restore him.
Speak the truth with love. Not truth without love. Not love without truth. If Christ is in your heart, no matter how much you disagree with the man, you will always love and respect him. Because it not your spirit in you anymore. It’s Christ's Spirit.
1 John 4:20 “If anyone says, ‘I love God,’ and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen cannot love God whom he has not seen.”
John 13:34-35, “A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”
