Inspired by life, created with love!
Die kaggelmuur was die inspirasie vir hierdie vertrek, en die idee was om hom as fokus in te span. Ek het besluit op ‘n houtskool tekstuurverf om aan te sluit by kuns teen die muur, die res van die vertrek is geverf in, kom ons noem dit my ‘signature’ verf kleur.
Die kliënt se bestaande meubels is gebruik en vir ietsie visueel het ek gewerk met verkillende teksture saam met die houtmeubels soos die pasgemaakte gordyne met ‘n linne voorkoms, die handgedrukte linne verekussings (55 x 95), staal sy-tafeltjies en grasmandjie met ‘n faux throw.
Om die prentjie mooi af te rond het ek bietjie groenigheid ingebring in die varing links van die kaggel en natuurlik soos altyd sagte beligting en siedaar, ‘n rustige leefarea wat uitloop op ‘n pragtige kuierstoep.
