Good morning Opel Society ZA 👋

I need to ask for some help from anyone who has a Corsa B 1.7 Diesel bakkie.

A fellow Opel owner is trying to rebuild the engine wiring harness that runs from the positive battery terminal to the starter, alternator, oil pressure switch and the other engine connections, but unfortunately his original harness has been lost.

If anyone has a Corsa B 1.7D / 17D diesel and could please take a few clear photos of this section of the wiring loom — especially:

🔧 Battery positive connection
🔧 Starter wiring
🔧 Alternator plug/wiring
🔧 Oil pressure switch wiring
🔧 Any other connections that form part of this engine harness
🔧 Ideally photos showing where the wires are routed around the engine

Even photos of the harness still fitted to the vehicle would be a huge help. He can use them to reproduce the harness himself.

If you have one of these cars, please DM us with photos. Even one good photo could help someone get their Opel back on the road.
