Mtshali is the founder of VelaniMathang (Pty) Ltd with several brands, namely, Khanyo Lwam (Pty) Ltd a co-founder of the above company.Velani stands for “come out to the fore” and Mathang stands for “run”. Therefore, VelaniMathang stands for “Those who aspire to learn must come out to the fore running so that we can build a better future for us all ''.

The mission of VelaniMathang PTY LTD TM, an aftercare organization, is to improve learners' topics so they can achieve exceptional results by enhancing their knowledge from school. In addition, VelaniMathangmathang is still putting a lot of effort into empowering young people so they can look to the future with optimism while providing for the needs of others as best they can.
