Four tips to help children develop good study habits:

1. Encourage short breaks.
Having these "bursts" of learning gives your child a mental break to help them focus on what they are trying to accomplish.

2. Keep a goal checklist.
It enables your child to see their progress and identify what needs to get done. After they have created the checklist, look it over and ensure that they are realistic goals for them.

3. Teach them organization.
Encourage them to pick out a planner so they can write down when assignments are due. Knowing when to complete their work can help them manage their time better and feel less stressed.

4. Create a comfortable study space.
A designated spot for your child to do their work independently with no interruptions can help to guarantee they remain on track with their education needs.
