𝐒𝐞̂𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤 | 𝐓𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

Inspired by The Devil Wears Prada and the world of Vogue, our theme, Tailored to Perfection, celebrated femininity, creativity, and the love of creating something beautiful together.

One of the highlights of our repertoire was our unique measuring tape percussion, together with our original composition, “Fit Reg Ruk”, featuring the line: “Meet, knip, skeur, stik. Ons sal altyd jou fit reg ruk.” 📼

As much as we loved every moment on stage, our closing medley, “Huis is waar jou hart is,” is the piece that will stay with us forever. It reminded us that home is not a place—it’s the people you share the journey with.

And to top it all off… Ladies Sêr 2025 Champions. 🏆

Sêr 2025 sal altyd vir ons meer wees as net ’n kompetisie. Dit was ’n reis van harde werk, vriendskap en herinneringe wat ons vir altyd sal koester!

It’s a tradition that has been part of our residence for many years and continues to remind us that every achievement is worth celebrating together. 💛

For the next 48 hours, Chanelle Smith will be taking part in the Big Prims challenge. 🧃

Staying in a glass cage, with only water and no food, this initiative aims to raise awareness of the reality of food insecurity experienced by many students.

Big Prims highlights the importance of community, compassion, and supporting those facing financial hardship. It reminds us that even small acts of generosity can make a meaningful difference. 💛

The Transformation and Diversity (TAD) with Current Affairs portfolio is centred on promoting awareness, inclusion, and meaningful conversations about the world around us. Through interactive discussions, awareness campaigns, and engaging events, TAD creates opportunities for ladies to learn, grow, and broaden their perspectives.

Throughout the year, the TAD portfolio hosts four major awareness weeks, where Vergeet-My-Nie takes part in creative events and interactive stalls on Lovers’ Lane and the Library’s grass. These initiatives encourage meaningful conversations while strengthening our sense of community and belonging. 📍
