Focused on elevating my life to a higher level — building stability, creating freedom, and becoming the best version of myself while staying aligned with my feminine energy and long-term vision.

🌍 Your “Why”

As someone already working in the ESL industry and having built a professional collaboration with Zhivahn, I recognized that her program and methods align perfectly with what the market truly needs. I joined the team to contribute my own experience and knowledge, while continuing to grow, elevate my career, and learn from a high-level environment.

💡 What does making your own money mean to you?

Money is one of my biggest motivators because I understand the impact it can create — both directly and indirectly. For me, it represents freedom, options, and the ability to build the life I truly want. I believe in being grateful for what you have, but also in always striving for more, because growth and expansion should never be limited.

🎯 What are you currently working towards?

Right now, I’m focused on fully investing in myself — enjoying who I am and everything I’ve built, while continuing to grow. Education is very important to me in every stage of life, and I’m building a career that aligns with my talents, personality, and personal values.

What I’m determined to improve:
I am continuously working on improving my business skills, as I see them as essential for my long-term growth. At the same time, I’m focused on being more present in the moment and maintaining balance.

Comment 300 if you want support for the behaviors that keep popping up and I’ll send you the link.

You plan a lesson… and then half of it disappears into blurting, side conversations, or a student who made a poor choice and now needs to fix it.

This simple Fix It Ticket think sheet is one of the tools inside the larger Behavior Intervention Toolkit. It gives students a clean, straightforward way to reflect after a mistake. What happened. Who was affected. What can you do to make it right. What will you try next time.

Nothing complicated. No long lecture. Just a clear path from mistake to repair.

It helps students take responsibility without turning it into a power struggle. They write it out, think it through, and leave with a plan.

The full toolkit includes over 300 practical behavior supports you can print, clip to a binder ring, or pull up digitally. There are intervention guides, tracking sheets, checklists, and visual reminders for the everyday challenges that show up in real classrooms.

Teachers use tools like this during recess conflicts, small group interventions, morning check ins, and independent work time when something needs to be addressed and then moved forward.

If having ready to go behavior supports would make your week smoother, comment 300 and I will send you the link.

How to Use Concept Checking Questions (CCQs) Like a Pro 🔥

🎯 First—What Are CCQs (and why they matter)
Concept Checking Questions are simple questions you ask to confirm understanding.

Not:
❌ “Do you understand?” (useless… they’ll always say yes)
Instead:
👉 You TEST understanding without asking directly.
💥 Example (This will click instantly)
You teach:
👉 “I’ve been working here for 3 years.”
Don’t ask:
❌ “Do you understand present perfect?”

Ask CCQs:
“Am I still working here?” → YES
“Did I start in the past?” → YES
“Is it finished?” → NO
💥 Now you KNOW they understand.

🧠 The Golden Rules of CCQs
1. Keep them SIMPLE
No long questions.
👉 Short = effective

2. Don’t repeat the grammar
If you just taught:
“I’ve been working…”
Don’t ask:
❌ “Have I been working for 3 years?”
👉 That’s not checking anything.

3. Use YES/NO or Either/Or
Examples:
“Past or present?”
“Finished or still happening?”
💥 Easy for students = faster understanding

4. Ask BEFORE moving on
This is where most teachers fail.
👉 Don’t assume understanding
👉 Confirm it
⚡ Real Classroom Examples
🗣 Teaching “must” (obligation)
“Is it optional?” → NO
“Is it necessary?” → YES

🕒 Teaching “yesterday”
“Is it today?” → NO
“Is it in the past?” → YES

💼 Business English Example
Teaching: “We need to increase sales”
“Is this a suggestion or important?” → IMPORTANT
“Do we have to do it?” → YES
💥 Now you’re teaching like a PRO.

🚫 Biggest Mistakes (Avoid these)
❌ Asking “Do you understand?”
❌ Making CCQs too complicated
❌ Asking too many questions
❌ Skipping CCQs completely

How to Prepare for a TEFL Job Interview (and actually get hired)

🎯 1. Understand What They REALLY Want
They’re not just hiring “someone who speaks English.”
They want:
Someone reliable
Someone who can engage students
Someone who won’t quit after 2 weeks
👉 Your job is to make them feel safe choosing you

💥 2. Prepare Your “Why You?” Story (This is EVERYTHING)
Most candidates say:
❌ “I like teaching and travelling”
Boring. Forgettable.
Instead say:
✅ “I’m passionate about helping students build confidence speaking English, especially in real-life situations. I focus on making lessons interactive and practical.”
👉 That instantly positions you above 80% of candidates.

🧠 3. Know Your Teaching Style (even if you’re new)
You don’t need experience… you need clarity.
Say things like:
“I focus on student talk time”
“I use real-life scenarios”
“I adapt lessons to the student’s level”
💥 This shows you’re not guessing—you have a system.

🎬 4. Prepare a Simple Demo Lesson (This wins interviews)
Even if they don’t ask—you’re ready.
Example:
Topic: “Ordering food”
Start with a question
Teach 3 key phrases
Roleplay
👉 Keep it SIMPLE and interactive.

⚡ 5. Energy = HIRE ME Signal
This is HUGE.
You could be average on paper…
…but if you show: Warm smile, clear voice & positive energy
👉 You instantly become more hireable.
Especially for: Kids teaching & online roles

💻 6. Nail Your Setup (for online interviews)
This is non-negotiable:
Clean background
Good lighting (face clearly visible)
Headphones + clear audio
💥 Your setup = your professionalism

❓ 7. Prepare Smart Questions (this flips the power)
Ask:
“What makes your best teachers successful?”
“What type of students will I be teaching?”
👉 This shows confidence + interest

🚫 What KILLS Your Chances
Avoid these:
❌ Low energy / monotone
❌ Saying “I have no experience” (reframe it)
❌ Overcomplicating teaching explanations
❌ Looking unprepared
