What happens after GETC Level 4 ?? 1.TVET collegeA leaner can enroll for college NCV in any field they qualify to opt for .....colleges include PETVET college,Eastcape Mindlands college etc..2.Employment A student can opt to find a better job opportunity using her certificate .3.Short courses Can qualify to do short courses like ECD ,Computer based courses etc ..4.Entreprenuership Business establishment could occur using certificate and leaner can get funding from stakeholders like SEDA,NYDA etc..5.Second Chance Matric Programme This is a post school qualification (matric,NQF Level 4) written in June of every year where candidates choose subjects from the CAPS curriculum and offered tuition for them at the centre ,material is offered such as previous question papers and revision notes , separated as Senior Certificate and National Senior Certificate. Introducing Non formal qualification:
GETC LEVEL 4
This is a learning programme that is Equivalent to grade 9 it is offered for all prospective candidates who did not finish school or the post school qualification .
NB : Learning areas taken by the student must meet the 120 credits and are NOT courses but are SUBJECTS
This programme is done in a 1 year period then students who did not meet the requirements can write supplementary in June of the following year.
There is no Age limit everyone is welcomed (disabled,blind etc)
Intake is still considered
