I cant wait to get back into studio! 🎶 The feedback and positive press I've recieved for the most recent release thus far has all been very inspiring, and im looking forward to pushing myself into more musical territories in the near future!

Extending a big thank you to Havoc Underground , one of my personal favourite sources of punk and alternative news, as well as a force of note (excuse the pun) within the scene!

South African-based band FiveSidedDice just dropped their new EP, Kintsugi. A 5-track ride that comes fully equipped with poppy vocal flows, ripping instrumentals, and a dynamic blend of styles, this is an anthemic set of songs that hit hard and leave you ready for more. What a release!Blending elem...

Their interpretations feel so fresh and new. You can feel it in the energy that it evokes. ‘Kintsugi’ is the band’s latest EP, a collection of five tracks that represent the broad range of alternative rock.

Folks of California, USA and surrounds! We are very proud to have our grrrl friends, BOOM in collaboration with FiveSidedRecords, be part of this kickass exhibition and curation!

BOOM was a Makhanda based Grunge / Riot Grrrl / Alt Rock band who produced, released, and distributed their first official EP, titled "Naked", through FiveSidedRecords in 2019. They went on to play numerous well received independent shows across the Eastern Cape of South Africa, including an EP launch show alongside Undead Generation , as well as countless energetic hometown shows in Makhanda.

The badasses of BOOM all went on to do amazing things individually, and continue to be involved in music and the South African alternative culture in their own way to this day. It is an absolute honour to have these amazing musicians and their legacy included in this gallery!

A huge thank you to Daisy Chain Fields , C3, Great Park Gallery, and especially Astria Suparak ! 🖤

"Grrrl Germs: Punk Feminism Goes Viral, 1991–2026" explores Riot Grrrl’s global legacy of DIY artistic expression, community-building, and resistance. Through music, zines, fliers, and a collaborative map, the exhibition traces how a movement started by young women in the early 1990s grew internationally, inspiring new generations of artists and activists.

Curated by and presented by , with special thanks to C3 and Great Park Gallery.

There's an appealing sense of movement to 'Kintsugi'. FiveSidedDice wastes little time easing us in, opening with a burst of melodic punk before gradually allowing the EP to shed its aggression and arrive somewhere far more reflective. The South African solo project of Roscoe Nefdt, FiveSidedDice has...

FiveSidedDice carries the energy of a private notebook left open on a rehearsal-room amp: messy, immediate, and full of feeling. On Kintsugi, the long-running South African solo project from Roscoe Nefdt sharpens that instinct into a compact, fast-moving EP that opens with a punch and ends in a hush...
