Big moves do not happen by accident. Liquidity is often the fuel behind them.

At Trade Circle, students will learn how to identify liquidity, understand why price moves toward certain zones, and use that knowledge as part of a structured trading process.

The Dunning-Kruger effect is when someone with low skill or limited knowledge in an area overestimates how good they are, because they do not yet know enough to see their own gaps.

In simple terms: They are too inexperienced to realise how inexperienced they are.

Example: A beginner trader learns one strategy, gets a few wins, and suddenly thinks they understand the market. But because they do not yet understand risk, market conditions, psychology, liquidity, or long-term consistency, they falsely believe they are more skilled than they really are.

The dangerous part is this:

Confidence rises faster than competence.

A useful way to think about it:

Beginner stage: “This is easy. I get it.”
Reality hits: Losses, mistakes, confusion.
Awareness grows: “There is much more to this than I thought.”
Real competence: Confidence becomes calmer, more realistic, and backed by skill.

So the lesson is simple: Do not confuse early confidence with real mastery. Real skill usually comes with humility, structure, and proof over time.

Trade Circle is an educational trading community created to help aspiring traders build structure, discipline, and confidence in the markets.

Its aim is not to give signals or promise profits, but to teach students how to understand market conditions, manage risk properly, follow a clear trading process, and make better-informed trading decisions.

At its core, Trade Circle helps traders move away from emotional guessing and toward a disciplined, probability-based approach.
