This is something I've been hearing so much about lately, and I've had a dry brush for years, but I've never actually done it. This week I'm changing my mindset and I'll be dry brushing daily before jumping into the shower.β

Dry brushing helps with circulation problems, can gently detox, and all around just feels amazing. You can also add a citrus EO to the brush such as grapefruit for an uplifting effect or you could also use rosemary or cypress for additional circulation help.β

Always brush towards your heart. Start at your feet and go upwards toward your heart, and then start at your necks and shoulders in a downward motionβ
