On this weeks trip on our Safari, we met an animal that only comes out at night 🌙 This means they are nocturnal. This week we met Ollie the Owl who came to tell us all about other owls. The yummiest thing for an owl to eat is a mouse or a rat. Our Building Buddies all agreed they definitely wouldn't eat that for dinner 😋 Here are some pictures of this weeks owls.

There was lots of excitement and roaring in our building buddies classes this week as we got to meet the king of the Jungle, Mr Leo the Lion 🦁. In our 6th week of term 2 on our Safari down by the river we saw a slimy animal that made a funny croaking noise. What do you think it could have been? A frog of course. In our 4th week of term 2 on our Building Buddies Safari we found ourselves near a river where we saw a crocodile lying in the sun catching a sun tan. I have been a bit behind on uploading pictures of our weekly builds. Here are some pics of our Builds from term 2. Our Theme for term 2 was a Building Buddies Safari. In week 2 we met Gerry the Giraffe 🦒 We learnt lots of fun things about Giraffes before we got to build our very own Giraffes. Here are some pics of our Giraffes.

A big Hello and welcome to term 2. A new term means a new theme 😁😆 This terms theme is a "Building Buddies Safari". We will get to meet different animals that you would see on a Safari and then get the chance to build them out of blocks. We started off the term by meeting MR Stripey. Can you guess what animal MR Stripey is? If you guessed a Zebra then you would be correct 😉 We learnt a whole lots of fun things about Zebras, we then found out what everyone's favorite wild animals is. Our Zebra was very naughty over the holidays, he went to play in paint that is why he is yellow and blue and not black and white 😉 Here are some pics of our Zany Zebras. 🦓🦓
