Shine & Thrive Kinderkinetics is officially open in Plettenberg Bay 💛

Kinderkinetics is all about fun, age-appropriate, play-based movement that supports your child’s overall development. Through engaging and purposeful activities, children can build fundamental motor skills, confidence, coordination, and a love for movement.

Sessions are available for children aged 0–13 years and include both individual and small group sessions, with the convenience of travelling to you 🚗
