Most leaders don't have a strategy problem. They have a capacity problem. Our work sits at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and nervous system capacity.

Frequency Coaching works with founders and executives to stabilise what's running beneath the performance — so leadership becomes sustainable. Frequency Coaching partners with founders and executives who have built external success but feel the internal cost - burnout, fractured relationships, or a loss of presence and clarity. We help leaders stabilise their internal signal so decisions are clean

Your Nervous System Isn’t the Problem. Here’s What Actually Is. 13/07/2026

You can understand a pattern completely and still do the exact same thing under pressure. I used to think that meant something was wrong with someone's discipline. It doesn't.

There's a layer underneath insight that insight can't reach on its own. The part of you that can explain your triggers, your childhood, your go-to move under stress — that part is articulate and fast, and it has almost no authority over the part of you that actually runs the pattern in real time. That part was wired in before you had language for any of it, and it doesn't take instructions. It takes experience.

Someone reached out after watching this and said it was the first time the "why can't I just stop doing this" question actually made sense to them — not as a character flaw, but as an old alarm system still doing exactly the job it was built to do.

If you've ever caught yourself repeating something you've already named, already understood, already promised yourself you'd change — this one's for you. Link to watch below.

The Capacity-Safety Loop: Why Success Stalls Leaders | Frequency Coaching 10/07/2026

Most leaders don’t have a strategy problem.

They have a capacity problem.

I call it the Capacity-Safety Loop and it doesn’t start with your team. It starts with you. When your capacity drops, the whole organisation feels it before you do.

Wrote about it on the blog, link below. Free field guide at the end if it lands.👌

Why Smart Leaders Make Bad Decisions Under Pressure (The Missing Piece Nobody Talks About) 23/06/2026

Most people don’t struggle because they don’t know what to do.

They struggle because there’s a gap between what they know and what they can consistently embody.

In this video, I unpack why smart, self-aware people often stay stuck, how cognitive dissonance works, and why awareness alone rarely creates lasting change.

If you’ve ever found yourself thinking, “I know exactly what I need to do, so why am I not doing it?” this one’s for you.

Why Productivity Advice Fails High Performers 05/06/2026

Most high performers are solving the wrong problem.

They think they have a time problem.

What they actually have is a capacity problem.

Not the same thing.
Not the same solution.

Time pressure is external — the clock, the deadline, the full calendar. You can manage that by reorganising your schedule.

Cognitive load is structural. It's the processing demand on the part of your brain responsible for judgment, decision-making, and emotional regulation.

And it runs out — regardless of how well organised your week is.

When it does, you don't stop.
You keep going.

But the quality of everything slowly degrades.
Your decisions. Your presence. Your relationships.

That is not a scheduling problem.

The diagram shows the misdiagnosis most leaders are living inside.

Which column does your current solution sit in?

Why High Performers Break Down — The Nervous System Nobody Talks About 27/05/2026

I spent years believing the problem was strategy.

That if I could just find the right system, the right routine, the right level of discipline — the hollow feeling underneath the performance would sort itself out.

It didn't.

Because the problem was never strategy. It was the nervous system running the whole operation in the background, unregulated, unaddressed, and completely misunderstood.

In this video I break down exactly what's happening underneath high performance breakdown. The three states most high performers cycle between. The four patterns hiding in plain sight. And the real cost — not the one you can see on paper, but the one you feel at 5am when your mind is already running before your feet have touched the floor.

If something in that lands for you — this one's worth 18 minutes of your time.

Unintegrated Success: Why Everything You Built Isn't Giving You What You Thought It Would 05/05/2026

You did what most people won’t.

You built something real.
The business works. Life looks right.

But if you’re honest… something feels off.

Not because you’ve failed —
but because your life has grown faster than your ability to actually be in it.

This is what I call unintegrated success.

If that lands, this video will make sense of it:

The Mask You Wear Around Family - Why You’re Not Yourself Around Them 07/04/2026

There’s a version of you that only shows up in certain environments.

For many people, that environment is family.

You walk into the room and something shifts. Not dramatically, but enough to notice if you’re paying attention. You become slightly more careful, slightly more contained, slightly less yourself.

What’s interesting is that this shift often happens before anything is said.

This isn’t about the moment. It’s about memory - not in your mind, but in your nervous system.

At some point, you learned who you needed to be in order to stay connected in that environment. And even as an adult, your body can still default to that version of you.

In this video, I break down:

– why this happens
– how identity and early attachment shape behaviour
– why you can feel smaller or less certain in familiar spaces
– how to stay connected to yourself without becoming reactive or distant

If you’ve ever felt like you’re not fully yourself around certain people, this will likely resonate.

The Mask You Wear Around Family - Why You’re Not Yourself Around Them The feeling of walking into a room…and no longer feeling like yourself is more common than most people realise And it has very little to do with what’s being...

06/04/2026

You don’t need to become more.

There’s a quiet pressure that builds when growth becomes constant. The sense that you should always be improving, refining, pushing.

And for a while, it works. Until it doesn’t.

Until it becomes exhausting to always feel like a version in progress.

This is a reminder that growth isn’t meant to be force. There are seasons where nothing needs to be added, fixed, or optimised.

Sometimes the shift is simpler.

To stop pushing… and recognise that who you are, right now, is already enough.
