Theres an organization offering funded Learnerships for South African youth.

Most of these Learnerships require a minimum of Grade 11 education.

Some examples of the available Learnerships include:
- Packaging Learnership
- Wholesale and Retail Learnership
- Accredited SETA Learnerships
- Hospitality, Logistics, and Freight Learnerships

If companies started to cover transport costs 4 candidates to travel for interviews then I believe there will be a sense of accountability from HR departments to really invite candidates that they are sure they going to hire.

It's still doesn't make sense to me how do you expect an unemployed person can travel to an Interview but the system should change.
