This amazing place requires your support. Founder & principal, Cynthia Bhengu is approaching her 80th birthday and still remains highly energetic in all her efforts to change the lives of multitudes of preschool children as well as many indigent elderlies. Over R3000.00 worth of groceries were delivered to the Venue this morning. This is in response to an urgent appeal for food for the Feeding Scheme, which serves the indigent pre-schoolers and elderly in the area; the Department of Social Development short paid the Centre Kwa Nomusa has a new bank account in operation; please contact us with your email address if you would like to donate to this great cause. Please note that every cent you contribute will be spent on food; no admin costs, no expensive CEOs.

We were back at Kwa Nomusa yesterday, delivering groceries for their feeding scheme. The appreciation shown always makes this a most worthwhile exercise. The pre-schoolers overwhelmed me with their hugs and high 5's.

We delivered R5000.00 worth of groceries to Kwa Nomusa Place of Care last Friday. It seems so little to give in the face of the huge need. Again I am amazed at the huge sacrifice that the principal and teachers make in working there for very small salaries; caring for children is what motivates them and not living the comfortable life.

We delivered more than R3000.00 worth of groceries to Kwa Nomusa Place of Care this morning. We are thankful to donations received from Joe & Bex Morgan - ever consistent in their contribution.

We are very much aware that countless organisations that assist people who are the poorest of the poor, are struggling in the present worldwide financial crisis to provide the help they would like to give. We committed ourselves some years ago now to help those connected to the Kwa Nomusa Place of Care. Over the past year or so some of the little funding that we received dried up. If anyone would like to contribute to helping to feeding many pre-school children and indigent elderly people, we would love to have you on board. Contribute on a regular basis or from time to time - it will be appreciated. If you would like to, please inbox us and we will give you bank details. Unlike many organisations, every cent you contribute will reach the poorest of the poor; no CEO salaries to pay or admin costs to be covered.

We were very grateful to be able to deliver more than R4000 worth of groceries [and other goodies] to Kwa Nomusa last Thursday. This is due to the most generous donations of several people, especially Brian & Gill Hayward [our close friends from Wales], Relief Bus, and Joe Morgan & Rebecca Esteves. You all ROCK. For many it is a sacrificial give.

We delivered a bakkie [LDV] load of material to Kwa Nomusa. Most of it was what would normally be viewed as rubbish. Please continue to collect the inside of toilet rolls, yoghurt containers, pill boxes, clothing, cardboard boxes, plastic bottles, newspapers etc, etc. Please also feel free to donate non perishable foodstuffs to feed the children & indigent elderly.
