We often talk about the things we hope our girls don’t carry from one generation to the next.

But what about the beautiful things they do? 🌷

Maybe she has her grandmother’s sense of humour, her mother’s creativity, her great-grandmother’s way of making people feel at home. Maybe it’s her faith, her curiosity, her kindness, or even that unmistakable laugh.

There are pieces of women she may never have met, still finding their way into who she is becoming.

Tell her those stories. Help her recognise the good that lives in her too.

Because knowing where she comes from can be a beautiful part of knowing who she is. 💗

We’re halfway through Women’s Month, and for the rest of August, we’re turning our attention to the women who are still becoming; our girls🌷

They carry more than we sometimes realise; strength, courage, faith, kindness and pieces of the women who came before them.

Over the next two weeks, our RAISING HER series is about identity, what we pass on, and helping our girls know who they are in a world constantly telling them who they should be.

Because celebrating women is also about being intentional with the women we are raising. 💗

Today isn’t just about the work you do… it’s about what your daughter learns from watching you do it.

She’s noticing more than you think. The way you handle pressure, the way you speak about yourself when you’re tired, even the way you allow yourself to rest. It’s all shaping her.

Because confidence isn’t only something we teach with words. It’s something she learns by watching you live. She’s learning what it looks like to show up, to carry responsibility, and to value herself — not just in the busy moments, but in the quiet ones too.

So if today feels full, or even overwhelming… you’re still modelling something powerful.

Confidence is caught before it’s taught.

And she’s not counting your hours… she’s feeling your presence.
