N ECDF Newlands Early Childhood Development Forum NECDF opened on 17 December 2015. The purpose of the forum is to educate from birth to 5 years following the NCF Curriculum set by Dept of Ed.

Jamboree Event ECD with DBE Dept of Ed was held this week for the North Area. The transition from DSD to DBE went into effect April 22. Many Stake holders were present as well as the 3 forums Newlands East, Newlands West and Quarry Heights. The focus was the Vangasali pack and taking ECD on a new path. At this meeting a Forum was elected as a joint ECD/DBE Forum to take us further. Congratulation on the nominations... We congratulate each one of you on your new post... A mantle has been placed on your shoulders... Go out and make us proud. 🙏
