‎Let’s talk about fear for a minute.

‎If you’ve never missed an opportunity because you were scared, you may not fully understand how destructive fear can be.

‎Fear doesn’t always show up loudly. Sometimes it whispers.
‎“Don’t try.”
‎“What if you fail?”
‎“What will people say?”
‎“You’re not ready.”
‎And just like that, you stay quiet when you should have spoken.

‎You hold back when you should have applied.
‎You overthink when you should have started.
‎You watch others move forward while you convince yourself to wait “a little longer.”
‎The painful part?

‎Most times, nothing actually stops us. No real barrier. No closed door. Just fear.
‎Fear has cost people jobs, businesses, relationships, friendships, and even peace of mind. Not because they weren’t capable… but because they were afraid to step out, to be seen, to risk rejection, to fail publicly.

‎And the truth is, the regret of not trying hurts more than the embarrassment of failing.
‎Growth lives on the other side of discomfort.

‎Opportunities don’t wait forever.
‎Confidence doesn’t come before action, it comes after.
‎So today, ask yourself:
‎What has fear been stealing from me?

‎Maybe it’s time to stop letting fear make decisions for you.

Engaging with them can drain our energy, which could be better spent on more meaningful and productive pursuits.🩷
