Our Interhouse matches brought plenty of excitement as learners took to the field and courts for thrilling soccer and netball games, proudly representing their houses. The action didn't stop there – our teachers also laced up their shoes to face off against one another and even challenged the learners!

From teamwork and sportsmanship to laughter and school spirit, it was a memorable day enjoyed by all. 💚💛❤️💙

Curro Midrand Sagewood is proud to share that Zion Chiweshi and Mr Jaco Blom attended the Gauteng Budget Vote at the Gauteng Provincial Legislature as invited guests of Gauteng Schools Athletics (GSA) and the Gauteng Department of Sport, Arts and Culture.

This valuable experience provided insight into the continued commitment towards the development and growth of school sport in Gauteng.

We thank GSA and the Department for the opportunity to be part of this important engagement.

A huge congratulations to Motheo Lekalakala (Grade 6) for being selected as one of the Top 10 YoungStars in the 2026 competition!

This remarkable achievement is a testament to Motheo's talent, dedication, confidence, and passion for the performing arts. Being selected among the country's top young performers is an incredible accomplishment and a moment of pride for our entire Curro Midrand Halfway Gardens community.

As part of the Top 10, Motheo will now advance to the next stage of the competition, where he will work alongside industry mentors, develop his on screen acting skills, and create a professional self tape for assessment.
