Alviro Petersen Foundation

Between 24 and 29 April the Alviro Petersen Foundation was actively busy assisting communities in the Northern Areas of Port Elizabeth. Food parcels were handed out to households that must include a child in the areas of Gelvandale and Bloemendal.

Every food parcel could last a family of 4 up to 7-10 days.

Trauma Net Ambulance Services contributed to the initiative. "We see first hand on a daily basis how people in these areas are struggling with basic things like food. The Alviro Petersen Foundation has a big footprint in the Port Elizabeth area with the excellent work they are doing for the last 6 years and we are delighted to contribute to this initiative", said owner of Trauma Net, Wayne Goliath.

"We are looking to do more, even though we can't assist everyone, but can assist some", said Alviro Petersen.
