Both individuals have been in the IT, Management Consulting and related industries for a number of years and have extensive experience in these industries. They have worked for big consulting companies, and other big private sector organizations and as a result, they understand the challenges that are faced by organizations and are able to provide the relevant solutions. Training and career development are very vital in any company or organization that aims at progressing, and with that in mind, Tipp Focus Training was founded to address the need for businesses and individuals to empower themselves with the necessary skills in order to progress and succeed. Tipp Focus Training has pooled together some of the top subject matter experts in their respective fields, who have a passion for seeing people empowered and their capacity enhanced, in order to ensure that each and every learner enrolled in any of our programmes, experiences the best and most practical learning experience. Tipp Focus Training is a fully accredited training provider by the Services SETA and LG SETA and with programmes approved by FASSETA, PSETA and ISETT SETA. We are also an accredited training provider for Accounting Association Training (AAT) and have successfully obtained the full Municipal Finance Management Programme (MFMP) accreditation from the National Treasury. We have partnered with Process Management International (PMI), Chattered Quality Institute (CQI) and essential Genius to provide SIX Sigma training services. As a 3 chord corporation, the Tipp Focus Group enables training to be supported through various other services offered such as Change Management, Strategy, Project Management, IT solutions, Resourcing etc. which all form part of an offering to address a client's every need, establishing relationships that carry continuity.
