U/13 Hockey vs Laerskool Nelspruit took place 19 August 2026.

What a victorious afternoon for Riverview Prep School against Laerskool Nelspruit. The girls won with a final score of 3-1, and the boys won 3-0.

We are extremely proud of their achievements and look forward to more games.

Riverview Preparatory school is proud to give back to our community. We were honoured to donate sanitary towels to Uthandiwe Children’s Home, supporting the girls with an essential need and helping them maintain their dignity, confidence and well-being.

This initiative reflects our commitment to compassion, service and making a positive difference in the lives of others. We are reminded in 2 Corinthians 9:7: “God loves a cheerful giver.” 🙏

Learning Beyond the Classroom: Grade 1

Our Grade 1 explorers had a fantastic adventure in Marloth Park 17 August 2026. They strolled along the Crocodile River, listened to bird calls, and spotted wildlife. Every moment was a chance to discover something new!

With our guide Kim, the kids became little detectives. They found a hole under the fence and traced footprints to discover a warthog had made its way to the river for a drink. How exciting!

At Bush Explorer House, they learned fun facts about hippos and painted their own clay hippos. It was a day filled with curiosity, creativity, and hands-on learning — truly unforgettable! 💚

Riverview Prep School is incredibly proud of Mabuthonke Mdhlovu and Simtholile Zulu, who were invited by the Mamelodi Sundowns Soccer Schools to attend the Mamelodi Sundowns Soccer Schools World Cup 2026.

The boys proudly represented Riverview Prep at the Championship on Friday, 7 August 2026, at the University of Pretoria.

On Thursday 6 August 2026, Riverview Prep U/13 boys travelled to Skukuza for their league match. While the result didn’t go our way, with the boys going down by 9 wickets, we are incredibly proud of the effort, determination and sportsmanship they showed on the field.
