Humans have been given all these destructive things in the world life in order to keep them from critical thinking. That's how they keep them from accessing the truth.
When you have time with yourself, in the present. Your mind is able to start questioning life. You'll begin to start looking for the truth. The truth lies within you. You just need more and enough time with yourself, which the oppressors make sure you don't have.
