Vacancy: Principal (with English & Afrikaans Teaching Capabilities)

The successful candidate will have a strong command of both English and Afrikaans, ensuring a bilingual educational experience for our diverse student body.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage, and oversee all school operations, ensuring a safe and nurturing learning environment.
• Teach English/Afrikaans at various grade levels 1-7, with a focus on fostering language proficiency and love for learning.
• Develop and implement effective school policies, curriculum strategies, and educational programs.
• Provide guidance and support to teachers, ensuring continued professional development.
• Work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents to promote school values and academic success.
• Ensure that the school meets all regulatory and accreditation standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education
• Registered with SACE
• Proven experience as a principal or in a senior leadership role within an educational environment.
• Fluency in both English and Afrikaans, with the ability to teach these subjects effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of curriculum development and educational best practices.
• Ability to inspire and motivate staff and students.
• Valid teaching and principal certifications as required by local educational authorities.
