Met Vadersdag agter die rug, kom ons herinner mekaar weer aan die gebruik van die afkappingsteken met verkleining en meervoud:

Pappas en oupas (want die a is onbeklemtoon)
en
Pa's (omdat die a beklemtoon is)

En so ook: hoera's (want dis nie HOEra nie, maar hoeRA!)

Drie hoera's vir al die pappas! Ons waardeer die pa's!
