Growing up, I think most of us knew preschool teachers as the older aunties. 👩🏾‍🏫❤️ It was very rare to see young people choosing Early Childhood Development (ECD) as a career.

It’s no longer simply about, “Please keep my child safe for the day, feed them and teach them the basics.”

ECD is now being recognised for what it truly is — the foundation of a child’s development, learning, confidence and future. 🌱✨
And I love seeing young people stepping into this space with passion, purpose and pride.

At Little Hearts Academy we are not just looking after children. We are shaping little minds, building foundations and preparing the next generation.
Young people like our little bambinos Teacher Puseletso Bulang -are taking ECD to heart — and are doing it with so much pride, passion and honour. ❤️👩🏾‍🏫🌱
