For years, this page was connected to a physical swim school.
A pool.
A property.
A timetable.
A place where parents brought their children.
But the question I had to ask myself over the past 90 days was this:
What income disappears if my location disappears?
That question hit hard, because I realised something very important.
The pool was never the full business.
The method was.
The property gave me a place to teach, but the years of teaching gave me a process I can now document, train, and deploy digitally.
So this page is not closing.
It is transitioning.
Sonja’s Aqua & Swim Academy is moving from only a physical swim school to a digital swim school built around parent training, instructor training, and structured implementation.

Before & After....
I had become very good at teaching it...
Yet not always good at living it...
So for the last sixty days, I made one decision.
I stopped teaching...
I started deploying...
And somewhere during those sixty days...
I was becoming the founder my academy would one day need...
Over the past few weeks, I've been revisiting an idea that first started during 2018: helping parents become more confident in and around water with their children from home.
As many of you know, teaching children how to swim has never just been about swimming for me. It has always been about confidence, participation, capability, and creating opportunities through water.
I'm currently developing a new Water Life At Home program and I've decided to do something different this time.
I'm opening parts of the program during development and inviting parents to help shape it through real-world feedback.
This means you'll see more videos, demonstrations, tips, and practical guidance being shared over the coming weeks.
