Terms of Reference (ToR): Seasonal Proposal Presenter
1. Background
Rilascan Accountant is seeking a Seasonal Proposal Presenter to deliver high-quality presentations of business proposals and case studies. The ideal candidate should be proficient in PowerPoint, have strong presentation skills, and be able to confidently deliver a 30-minute case study presentation to the board. The candidate should also be comfortable presenting both online and in person.
2. Scope of Work
The Seasonal Proposal Presenter will be responsible for:
Developing and delivering compelling PowerPoint presentations.
Presenting case studies with in-depth knowledge and confidence.
Adapting presentations to different audiences, including board members.
Conducting presentations in English with excellent command of the language.
Handling both online and physical presentations with professionalism.
3. Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
Proven experience in professional presentations.
Strong public speaking and storytelling skills.
Ability to memorize and deliver case studies without reliance on slides.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
Confidence in engaging with executive-level audiences.
Experience with both online and physical presentation formats.
4. Duration & Payment
This is a seasonal role, with presentations scheduled based on project needs.

Responsibilities:
During the 18-month training period, successful candidates will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in their respective fields under the guidance of experienced professionals. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Assisting with financial record-keeping and analysis.
Supporting marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Providing administrative support to various departments.
Assisting with human resource functions.
